Necklace is a gripping Bengali thriller–drama starring Rituparna Sengupta, Locket Chatterjee, and Biswajit Chakraborty. The story revolves around a shocking incident that turns the peaceful life of a middle-class couple upside down.


Biswanath, a chartered accountant, receives a promotion and buys a beautiful necklace for his wife Shikha. But their happiness is short-lived when a burglar breaks into their 3rd-floor flat early the next morning. In panic, the burglar jumps from the balcony and ends up critically injured — pulling the couple into an unexpected legal and emotional turmoil.


As they rush him to the hospital, the situation becomes even more dramatic when the burglar’s wife appears and accuses the couple of attempted murder. What follows is a tense roller-coaster of fear, guilt, confusion and attempts to escape the consequences.
